I think the colors look very festive, don’t you?  I wonder how close the red, green, and purple ones are to previous MatteVelvets from Zoya.  I don’t think they’re dupes.

Not sure yet if I’ll get media samples for review.  Hope so.  And I am extremely selfishly pleased that there’s finally a “Sue”!!  😀

  1. Oh my, what a surprise! I would have preferred them to be Original Recipe Pixies, but these sure are pretty! The red and green ones do look a lot like Posh and Veruschka

    • My unofficial opinion is that textured polishes, like crackles, are a fad that has passed. But I enjoyed the Pixie Dusts too. Looking at my old swatches, I’m guessing that Honor is lighter and brighter than Veruschka, and that Posh is more berry-toned than Amal, but I can’t say for sure.

  3. Of course I see this 12 hours too late and I missed the sale… *THE PAIN* >.<

WOW. SERIOUSLY. Every color is a stunner! I can't even comprehend what the white (Aspen) will look like in person! I'm imagining the icy top that forms atop fresh snow left untouched. Amal, Yves, and Honor look especially epic – I love saturated, vivid jewel tones! *swoon* The entire collection looks beautiful.

There is nothing like the Zoya Matte Velvet finish. No one does mattes like Zoya. They are incredible. *BURSTING WITH EXCITED*

I have all 6 of the previous Matte Velvets and have been worshiping them for a long time. Needless to say I am THRILLED to see new colors in this unique finish! Many thanks for this great preview! ❤

*\o/* Bravo, Zoya! Another genius collection from my favorite polish company! *\o/*
