Oh, Butter London, I just can’t quit you. You raised the price of your wonderful lacquers to $15 each and I thought, “That’s it. I’m done. Too pricey.” But you must have heard me muttering, because what do you tempt me with today but this:
Three for $30. Sigh. Still more than drugstore polish but sooooo enticing. And yes, darn you, I see the “Sweeten the Deal” – spending $45 gets you a free Handbag Holiday Cuticle Oil, which is usually $19. I’ve read great reviews of this cuticle oil and usually the only negative I read is the price. “Free” kind of destroys that drawback!
Please note: this sale is TODAY only, January 18th and you must enter the code LACQUERED at checkout. The new Spring 2013 Collection is excluded but its pastel cremes don’t thrill me anyway. To me, BL is all about shimmers and glitters. Hmmmm, this means that the holiday 2012 glitters are included in the sale, like Scuppered. I’ve also had my eye on Branwen’s Feather. BL’s British Racing Green is one of my all-time fave greens, if you need a nudge. And did I mention two of their glitter 3-packs are on sale for $25 each?

Well I cannot wait – I am cursing you already. Have wanted to try Butter London, but Julep just had a two for one sale and I bought 4 of ‘um – my polish budget for the month and then some. Oh well – maybe they will do it again…….sigh.
